First project acting as Lead 3D Artist in which Ubisoft Barcelona was the studio lead. The project was particularly challenging as we had to take this masterpiece developed by Ubisoft Montreal and bring it to the current generation, adding both the technical and artistic improvements available nowadays. This was a huge effort from the whole team in Barcelona and the different studios we collaborated with.
Apart from my duties as team lead I took care of carrying out several technical improvement processes such as an automated full PBR material conversion, texture scaling, and working with the engine team to define and implement several visual upgrades and their later in-game setup.
