First project I took part in as Lead Artist at Ubisoft Barcelona. As a codev studio with Ubisoft Montreal (studio lead on R6 Siege), we created two art teams in Barcelona — one for weapons and gadgets and one for monetization. As part of the weapons and gadgets team I had the opportunity to work with the design and GPP teams on different gadgets and also to work on weapons development together with the weapons team in Montreal.
In parallel, our MTX team created a wide variety of assets players could purchase to customise their weapons and agents — headgears, weapon and uniform skins, and charms and chibis to be set as add-ons on weapons.
